S.W.I.M. Meet: 2025 Marshalltown Holiday Stroll

Last Saturday was an incredible celebration bursting with joy as we marked another successful year of sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ outside Stepping Stones Christian Bookstore during the Marshalltown, Iowa Holiday Stroll!

For many years, Frank and Lisa teamed up with their friend, Paul Vanderkley from Marshalltown, to assist him in planning, coordinating, and spending the night distributing tracts, hot chocolate, and candy canes. However, this year, a large group of people participated in the festivities. Pastor Brent, Kerry, and Nik joined the fun, handing out tracts and sharing the hope that Jesus brings to those who have faith in Him.

Other friends of Frank also joined in to help. Kasin, from New City Church in Ankeny brought three youth from his fellowship that he's discipling (Grant, Emily, and Malachi). Jon Neifert of Tulip Gospel Outreach who organizes events such as Pella Tulip Time Gospel Outreach and the Creation Booth at the Iowa State Fair also came to join in the fun.

You might wonder—why Marshalltown? Outreach goes beyond inviting people to join our church and fellowship; it's about introducing those who are lost to Christ, so they can be reunited with the Father. Although Marshalltown is nearly an hour from CCDM, the people there also need Jesus.

A wonderful opportunity for families to come together and joyfully share the gospel on the streets of Marshalltown, Iowa.
